What It Is and What It's Not
-
The Living Room is a monthly evening to explore movement and body connection practices designed for your deep fulfillment as a woman with a body that deserves honor, presence, and listening.
It is NOT.... a rigid movement class that requires you to show up a certain way, compare your body to others or perform to be the most advanced or to be "sexy", or to move in a specific way your body doesn't desire.
-
The Living Room is a circle that includes space to speak and share your experiences, your process, and your self-discoveries but only after we've dropped into the body and allowed all that you are feeling to move and process through you so that it's shared from a place of alchemy and inspiration rather than from wound.
It is NOT... 1 on 1 therapy or a space to unload our unprocessed traumas and troubles onto other women.
-
The Living Room is a space for healthy exploration of feminine touch and support from yourself and other women. We will explore nurturing partner support practices AND... you always have the option to be your own partner or ease your way into physical contact with others.
It is NOT....a place for unwanted touch, "healing" or massaging others, or being forced into awkward cuddle puddles.

Why I Created This
After the recent birth of my second baby I found myself in another one of life's sacred thresholds. I'd been here before..
Whether it was being in constant doing and giving mode in my work & my mothering, or stepping away from a relationship to create a new life on my own, burnout that lead to a major shift in career and ultimately my entire identity or moving through the portal that is birthing another human...
whatever the season of life that asked for ALL of me to show up to,
the one thing that has always enabled me to do it all feeling nurtured, energized, and inspired...
was coming back to my body and circling with women.
It's the easiest thing to ignore or look over, but once you return and tend to your body in a deeply intentional and loving way, you remember just how necessary it was all along...
Through guided movement, hands on healing practices, and sharing intentional space with other women to hold and be held
Women become fully alive again.

Your Facilitator
Hannah Grasso
I've been teaching yoga since I was 15. I've been teaching women's embodiment and womb connection for a decade. I've lead retreats and online courses and taught thousands of women how to step into their power, their softness, their sensuality, and their deep inner knowing - all from being rooted in their body's wisdom.
I love a good yoga class as much as the next LA girl...But I'm a mom x2 and a business woman, I don't have time for all that. I know from experience, what busy women like you and I need is a monthly space where you hold yourself accountable to drop in with intentional, nourishing, feminine-supportive movement and body connection practices that give you long-lasting results for your life.
That's why I created The Living Room.
You deserve (at minimum) 3 hours, one time per month, to pour into your aliveness. I hope you'll join us.

FAQ's
1. Where is The Living Room located?
The Living Room is hosted at a private location in Agoura Hills, CA just a short drive from Los Angeles, Topanga, and Malibu. The private address will be sent in your confirmation email after purchase.
2. Do I need to be experienced with movement or embodiment work?
No, you do not. All of the movement is designed to be applicable and adaptable to every woman based on how you are feeling in your body and what the true needs of your body are on any given day. Come as you are.
3. What time should I arrive?
Arrival is between 6:00-6:25pm. We will start our circle promptly at 6:30pm. Arriving on time not only respects your own time, but everyone else's. If you are running late, you can contact the number provided in your confirmation email.
4. What do I need to bring?
The only thing you need is a yoga mat and comfortable clothes to move in (dresses are so welcome but just keep in mind your ability to move freely without exposure you aren't comfortable with). Completely optional, you can also bring a journal, a cozy sweater, cozy socks, or sacred items to place on your mat.
5. Can I bring my baby?
In an ideal world, you have the support in your life to leave baby home and gift yourself this time and space as your own. This is what I greatly encourage you to opt for. However, if keeping baby with you is your only option, please don't let it stop you from coming. We welcome mamas with their pre-crawling babes and I will be there to hold them and support you when needed. Please bring an extra blanket and a toy for baby.
6. Are the movement practices safe for pregnant and postpartum bodies?
Absolutely! It's not only safe - it is deeply nourishing and supportive to pregnant and postpartum bodies.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Because your purchase is reserving one of only 12 available spaces, we do not offer refunds. If life happens and you sadly aren't able to attend, we are happy to transfer your ticket to another woman to attend in your place.
